Cancellation Policy
- All bookings require at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation, otherwise 100% of the full account can be charged, for all units booked, less any space that is rebooked.
- Christmas/New Year – any bookings for the period December 25th to Jan 15th require at least 14 days' notice of cancellation, otherwise 100% of the full account can be charged, for all units booked, less any space that is rebooked.
- Group and wedding bookings – also require at least 1 month's notice of cancellation, otherwise 100% of the full account can be charged, for all units booked, less any space that is rebooked.
- In all cases, a rebooking fee of $20 is charged to your account or credit card.
N.B. Because of our size, cancellations can affect us significantly. Nevertheless, we will always endeavour to the best of our ability to re-book the space, and in the summer season in particular there is a good chance of achieving this. However, only if we are successful will we be able to make a refund of the re-booked space.
